De praktijk bestaat uit zes personen; Tom Eewold, Wieneke van Rijn, Tim van Haperen, Leon Looman en Severine Heijnen.
De praktijk is gevestigd op de Jozef Israëlslaan 1A te Woerden en is ook met het Openbaar Vervoer goed bereikbaar (buslijn 3 / 4 / 450 halte Jozef Israëlslaan). De praktijk is volledig rolstoel toegankelijk. Er is ruim voldoende parkeerruimte aanwezig. Onze dependance is gevestigd binnen de muren van Healthclub SportCity aan de Korenmolenlaan 4A te Woerden (buslijn 104 / 105 halte Pompmolenlaan).
Het is mogelijk, dat behandelingen bij de patiënt thuis worden gegeven, indien dit door de arts wordt voorgeschreven.
