Bij het SMC Amsterdam werken 50 fysiotherapeuten waarvan het grootste gedeelte reeds verder gespecialiseerd is als manueel therapeut, sport-, of kinderfysiotherapeut. Daarnaast hebben we o.a. sportartsen, sportdiëtisten, osteopaten, sportmasseurs om je snel weer fit te krijgen.

De praktijk bestaat uit 2 grote trainingszalen van elk 180 m² en is uitgerust de modernste trainingsapparatuur. Hiernaast is de helft van het oppervlak gereserveerd als vrije ruimte voor functionele oefentherapie. Naast deze oefenruimte zijn er fysiotherapieruimtes. Deze zijn zo ingericht dat het bloedlaboratorium, de inspanningsfysiologen en sportartsen er ook gebruik van kunnen maken. Ons complex ligt gesitueerd centraal tussen voetbalvelden en tennisvelden van het Olympiaplein. Door deze faciliteiten is het mogelijk om zowel binnen als buiten op de velden de trainingen te organiseren. Hierdoor worden extra trainingsvormen zoals looptechniektraining, Fysiofitness, Post-revalidatietraining, Fitzwanger, Bodyfit en Hart & Beweging mogelijk...
